Spire Mews is a new residential development in Brampton, Chesterfield, delivering 60 new homes in an established and well-connected part of the town.
The development will include 54 homes for private sale through Owl Homes, with a mix of three and four-bedroom properties designed to offer a choice of homes for different households and stages of life.
Across the development, eight Owl Homes house styles will create a varied streetscape, with each home designed around the way people live day to day. The development represents another important step in Owl Group’s continued growth across the East Midlands, strengthening our presence in Derbyshire and adding to a growing pipeline of new developments across the region.
With planning permission secured, work is progressing to bring Spire Mews forward and create a new neighbourhood designed to feel part of its wider Chesterfield setting.
