Park Road is a high-quality affordable housing development in Coleshill, delivered by Owl Partnerships in collaboration with Citizen Housing.

Located off Park Road, adjacent to Coleshill Fire Station and Coleshill Cricket Club, the scheme provides 23 affordable homes in a well-connected and established residential area. Its location offers residents easy access to the centre of Coleshill, local amenities, schools, transport links and employment opportunities, making it an ideal place for individuals and families to call home.

The development marked the first project delivered in partnership between Owl Partnerships and Citizen Housing, establishing a strong working relationship focused on addressing local housing needs and creating long-term community value.

Designed to provide much-needed affordable housing in an area where demand continues to grow, the scheme contributes towards increasing housing choice for local people while supporting the wider objective of tackling the UK’s housing shortage.
