Following the successful delivery of the first phase at Shinehill Lane, Owl Partnerships returned to South Littleton to deliver a further 12 affordable homes in partnership with Platform Housing Group.

The development builds on the success of the original scheme, helping to meet local housing demand while creating opportunities for more people to remain within the village and surrounding area. Together, the two phases have delivered a total of 36 affordable homes, creating a well-established new neighbourhood that complements the character of South Littleton.

Designed to provide high-quality homes for local people, the development offers a range of affordable housing options within a sought-after rural location. The homes have been carefully integrated into the existing community, creating a place where residents can put down roots and enjoy the benefits of village life.

Working alongside Platform Housing Group, Owl Partnerships managed the delivery of the scheme from planning through to completion, ensuring every home was built to the high standards expected by both partners and future residents.

Located close to local amenities, schools and community facilities, the development benefits from excellent access to nearby towns including Evesham and Worcester, while maintaining the character and sense of community that makes South Littleton such a desirable place to live.

The second phase represents another successful chapter in the long-standing relationship between Owl Partnerships and Platform Housing Group. By building on an established development, the scheme has delivered much-needed affordable homes while supporting the sustainable growth of the local community.
