Project Detail
Owl Partnerships delivered 55 affordable homes at Homefield Road, Sileby, working in partnership with Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) to create a development that responds to the needs of the local community.
Situated on a 1.8-hectare site to the west of Homefield Road, the development has transformed former agricultural land into a thoughtfully planned neighbourhood, providing high-quality affordable housing in a well-connected village location.
From the outset, Owl Partnerships worked closely with NCHA and the local authority to shape a housing mix that would deliver long-term benefits for the area. Rather than simply increasing housing supply, the focus was on providing the right homes for local people, ensuring the development supports a broad range of residents, including individuals, couples and families looking to remain within the community.
The completed scheme offers a mix of affordable homes designed to meet modern living standards while complementing the character of the surrounding area. Careful consideration was given to the layout and appearance of the development, creating a place that feels connected to the existing village and provides a welcoming environment for residents.
Located within easy reach of local amenities, schools and transport links, the development offers residents the benefits of village life while maintaining strong connections to nearby employment centres and neighbouring communities.
Delivered in partnership with NCHA, the scheme has made a meaningful contribution to affordable housing provision in Sileby, helping more people access quality homes within the area and supporting the continued growth of the village.
The development reflects a shared commitment to creating communities that are built around local needs, providing homes that will serve residents and future generations for years to come.
