Owl Partnerships is delivering 34 affordable homes at Balmoral Drive, Mansfield, in partnership with Futures Housing Group.

The development will transform the former Balmoral Lodge Nursing Home site into a high-quality neighbourhood, providing a range of two and three-bedroom homes to help meet local housing need.

Located to the north-west of Mansfield, the redevelopment brings a long-vacant brownfield site back into productive use, creating energy-efficient homes that will provide affordable housing opportunities for local people while making a positive contribution to the surrounding community.

The scheme will breathe new life into land formerly occupied by Balmoral Lodge Nursing Home, transforming an underused site into a sustainable residential community.

Designed to complement the surrounding area, every home will include private parking, with landscaping and public realm improvements helping to create an attractive place to live.

Alongside the new homes, the development will also contribute towards improvements to local community facilities, supporting public open space and nearby allotments for the benefit of existing and future residents.
