Owl Partnerships delivered 99 affordable homes at Bagworth Road, Barlestone, working in partnership with Midland Heart to create a new neighbourhood that supports the long-term future of the village.

Located on the edge of Barlestone, the site was previously agricultural land and required careful planning before construction could begin, including demolition works and the delivery of new supporting infrastructure. Owl Partnerships secured Reserved Matters planning consent for the scheme, shaping a development that would provide much-needed homes while sitting comfortably within its village setting.

Despite the complexities of the site, the homes were completed ahead of schedule, reflecting strong coordination between Owl Partnerships, Midland Heart and the wider project team.

The completed development provides a significant number of affordable homes for the local area, helping more people access quality housing within Barlestone and supporting the village as a sustainable community for future generations.
