Owl Secures Pear Tree Farm, Cannock

We’re delighted to announce the unconditional acquisition of Pear Tree Farm in Cannock, marking the latest addition to the Owl development pipeline.

The site benefits from outline planning consent and will be delivered in partnership with one of our key strategic housing association partners, helping to provide much-needed affordable housing within South Staffordshire.

Located just a few miles from our Tamworth headquarters, the development is expected to deliver a thoughtfully designed mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, alongside a number of bungalows, subject to the approval of a reserved matters application.

For Owl, this acquisition represents more than simply securing another development opportunity. It reflects our ongoing commitment to working alongside trusted partners to address local housing needs and create communities that people are proud to call home.

Work is already underway on the next stage of the planning process, with a start on site targeted for early 2027.

We would like to thank everyone involved in bringing the acquisition to completion. Their hard work, collaboration and dedication have helped move this exciting project forward, and we look forward to sharing further updates as plans progress.
