Owl Group is pleased to welcome Alan Staley to the business as Technical Director for the East Midlands, further strengthening the Group’s technical leadership as it continues to grow across the Midlands.
Alan joins Owl Group with more than 15 years’ experience in the housebuilding industry, having held senior technical roles with Redrow, Keepmoat Homes, Barratt David Wilson Homes, Bellway Homes and Persimmon Homes. His extensive industry knowledge and collaborative approach will support the delivery of high-quality developments across the region.
Working closely with Paul Smith, Technical Director for the West Midlands, Alan will lead the East Midlands technical team, helping to drive the planning, design and technical delivery of new developments as Owl Group continues to expand its regional presence.
