Property developer Owl Homes have handed over the first of four homes to Citizen housing on their Poet’s Rest development in Polesworth.
Earlier this month, Owl Homes were met by the team from Citizen to hand over two of four properties that Owl Homes have built on Citizen’s behalf. The first two properties have already been sold by Citizen under their shared ownership scheme, with the remaining two properties due to be handed over in November for Affordable Rent.
This is the first project between Owl Homes and Citizen, which has proven extremely positive for both parties, with the standard of build also exceeding expectations.
