We’re pleased to have reached another major milestone at Madeley Grange, with planning approval now secured for 155 new homes to be delivered by Owl Homes and Owl Partnerships.
Madeley Grange is an important development for Owl Group and, once complete, will be our largest development to date.
The wider scheme will deliver 188 new homes in Madeley, including 96 homes for private sale through Owl Homes and 92 affordable homes delivered through Owl Partnerships.
For us, there’s something particularly significant about delivering a development of this scale in Staffordshire. It’s where the Owl journey began and remains at the heart of our West Midlands business.

Securing approval has taken a huge amount of work behind the scenes, both from teams across Owl and the wider project team, and marks an important step towards bringing the development to life.
With approval now in place, we’ll be working through the remaining planning conditions and preparing to begin work on site.
The first Owl Homes properties at Madeley Grange will include a selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes, with further details on house types, availability and the first releases to follow.
