We’re pleased to welcome Hugh Harriman to Owl Group as our new Divisional Land & Partnerships Director.
Hugh joins Owl with nearly 20 years’ experience across land, development and partnerships, having held senior roles with Vistry Group, Westleigh Partnerships and William Davis Homes.
His experience spans both private and affordable housing, bringing a strong understanding of land, development and the partnerships needed to bring new homes forward.
In his new role, Hugh will support the continued growth of both Owl Homes and Owl Partnerships across the Midlands, working with our teams to identify and progress new opportunities.
He’ll also play an important role in developing the relationships we have across the sector, as we continue to grow both sides of the Group and expand into new areas.

Hugh’s appointment comes as Owl Group continues to grow its development pipeline across the East and West Midlands, bringing forward new opportunities through both Owl Homes and Owl Partnerships.
