Celebrating Site Team Excellence Across Owl Homes and Owl Partnerships

Recognising the people and teams setting the standard across the Owl Group

At Owl, we know that great homes are built by great people.

From the first stages of construction through to handover, the quality, care and commitment shown by our site teams plays a vital role in delivering the homes, communities and customer experiences we’re proud to put our name to.

That’s why we’re delighted to celebrate a number of outstanding achievements across Owl Homes and Owl Partnerships, recognising individuals and teams who have demonstrated exceptional dedication, leadership and commitment to quality throughout the year.

Outstanding Achievement at Owl Partnerships

At Owl Partnerships, congratulations go to Alan Hadley, who has been named Site Manager of the Year 2025.

The award recognises Alan’s strong leadership, professionalism and consistently high standards on site. His achievement follows his recent NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Award, further demonstrating his commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of construction.

We would also like to congratulate Stef Jones and Ollie Reeves, who were recognised as Site Team of the Quarter (Q4 2025).

Their collaborative approach, commitment to quality and dedication to successful project delivery have made a significant contribution to the continued success of Owl Partnerships.

Success Across Owl Homes

At Owl Homes, congratulations go to the team at Higham on the Hill, who were awarded Site Team of the Quarter (Q4 2025).

The team was recognised for its professionalism, resilience and unwavering focus on quality, customer care and health and safety. Their achievement is particularly noteworthy given the challenging conditions faced throughout the winter months.

We are also proud to celebrate Chris Williams, who has been named Site Manager of the Year 2025.

Chris has been recognised for his exceptional leadership, his ability to successfully manage complex developments and the support he provides to those around him. His award follows his second NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Award earlier this year, highlighting a consistent commitment to excellence.

Recognising the People Behind the Homes

Awards such as these reflect far more than individual achievements. They are a testament to the dedication, teamwork and professionalism shown across the Owl Group every day.

Our site teams work in all conditions throughout the year, overcoming challenges and maintaining the high standards that our customers, partners and communities expect from Owl.

Whether it’s delivering quality homes, maintaining safe and efficient sites, supporting colleagues or providing excellent customer experiences, their contribution is fundamental to our success.

A Culture of Pride and Excellence

At Owl, we believe it’s important to recognise and celebrate the people who consistently go above and beyond.

The achievements of Alan, Chris, Stef, Ollie and the Higham on the Hill team reflect the values that sit at the heart of our business — pride, accountability, teamwork, quality and commitment.

We would like to congratulate all of this year’s award winners and thank every member of our site teams for their continued hard work, resilience and dedication.

Their efforts are helping us deliver homes and communities we’re proud to stand behind.
