100 new affordable homes for Leicester with NCHA – scheme opening

We’re proud to have worked in partnership with Nottingham Community Housing Association to deliver 100 new affordable homes at Loughborough Road, Leicester. This development will make a real difference to local people during the ongoing cost-of-living crisis. Each home has been built with energy efficiency at its core, including solar panels and strong EPC ratings to help keep running costs down. It was great to join NCHA, Leicester City Council, Homes England and City Mayor Peter Soulsby to mark the completion of this important scheme. We’re incredibly proud of what has been achieved through true partnership working.
