We’re proud to share that Owl Homes has been shortlisted for Residential Developer of the Year at the National Property Awards 2026.
It’s a fantastic recognition for our team and the work that goes into creating homes and developments we’re proud to put the Owl name to.
There’s a lot that happens before we hand over the keys to a new home. It starts with choosing the right places to build and thoughtfully designing our developments, through to the quality and care that goes into construction and the experience we provide for our customers throughout their move and beyond.
That approach has also been recognised by our customers. This year, 98% said they would recommend Owl Homes to a friend, earning us a Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction from In-house Research.
Being shortlisted for Residential Developer of the Year is another proud moment for the business, but importantly, it’s recognition for the people behind it.
From our Land, Technical and Commercial teams to Construction, Sales, Marketing and Customer Care, it takes a huge team effort to deliver every Owl development and every new home.
