We’re pleased to have secured planning permission for Spire Mews, our newest Owl Homes development in the East Midlands.
Located in Brampton, Chesterfield, Spire Mews will bring 60 new homes to an established and well-connected part of the town, with 54 homes available for private sale through Owl Homes.
The development will introduce eight Owl Homes house styles across a mix of three and four-bedroom homes, giving buyers a choice of layouts designed around different ways of living.
From sociable spaces for spending time together to practical storage, flexible rooms and considered details throughout, each home has been designed with everyday life in mind and with the quality we’re proud to put the Owl name to.
Securing planning permission is an important milestone for Spire Mews and follows a huge amount of work from our East Midlands team and everyone involved in bringing the plans forward.
There’s still plenty to do before we can start welcoming our first customers, but with planning now secured, we can begin moving another step closer to bringing the development to life.
