Owl Group has appointed Steve Breslin as Group Chief Financial Officer, strengthening its senior leadership team as the business continues its growth across the Midlands.
Steve joins Owl with extensive experience at the highest levels of the partnerships housebuilding sector, including many years on the Main Board at Lovell Partnerships, where he played a significant role in the transformation and success of the business.
His appointment comes during a period of continued growth for Owl Group, with new developments, land acquisitions and opportunities progressing across both Owl Homes and Owl Partnerships, alongside a number of senior appointments made across the business.
As Group Chief Financial Officer, Steve will lead the financial strategy of Owl Group and play a central role in shaping the next stage of its growth. Working alongside the Group leadership team and the Managing Directors of its East and West Midlands regions, his focus will be on maintaining the financial strength, commercial discipline and long-term strategy needed to support the Group’s ambitions.
