Double Pride in the Job Success for Owl Homes

Owl Homes is celebrating a fantastic achievement after receiving two NHBC Pride in the Job Awards, with recognition for both its East Midlands and West Midlands regions.

The awards have been presented to site managers Chris Williams and Aaron at Willowbank Meadows, Alderton, and Alex Price and Sam at Waltonbrook, Burton on the Wolds, recognising the outstanding quality and care demonstrated across both developments.

Widely regarded as one of the most respected accolades in the housebuilding industry, Pride in the Job celebrates site managers who consistently deliver exceptional standards in construction, site management, health and safety, customer satisfaction and overall build quality.

The achievement reflects the dedication, attention to detail and commitment shown by teams across both regions, with every stage of the build process contributing to the creation of high-quality homes for customers.

While the awards are presented to site managers, success at this level is only possible through the collective efforts of the wider teams working both on site and behind the scenes. From construction teams and tradespeople to technical, commercial, customer care and support functions, everyone plays an important role in delivering the standards Owl Homes is proud to stand behind.

To have developments in both the East Midlands and West Midlands recognised in the same year is a significant achievement and highlights the pride, teamwork and shared commitment to quality that runs throughout the business.

Commenting on the awards, Owl Group Growth Director, Amanda Bishop, said:

“Pride in the Job is one of the most respected awards in our industry, so to see both regions recognised is a tremendous achievement. Chris, Aaron, Alex and Sam should be incredibly proud of what they have accomplished, and these awards are also a reflection of the hard work and dedication shown by the wider teams around them. Building quality homes takes a collective effort, and this recognition demonstrates the pride and commitment our people bring to every development.”

Everyone at Owl Group would like to congratulate those recognised and thank all the teams involved for their continued commitment to delivering homes of the highest standard.
