At Owl Partnerships, congratulations go to Alan Hadley, who has been named Site Manager of the Year 2025.
The award recognises Alan’s strong leadership, professionalism and consistently high standards on site. His achievement follows his recent NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Award, further demonstrating his commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of construction.
We would also like to congratulate Stef Jones and Ollie Reeves, who were recognised as Site Team of the Quarter (Q4 2025).
Their collaborative approach, commitment to quality and dedication to successful project delivery have made a significant contribution to the continued success of Owl Partnerships.
Success Across Owl Homes
At Owl Homes, congratulations go to the team at Higham on the Hill, who were awarded Site Team of the Quarter (Q4 2025).
The team was recognised for its professionalism, resilience and unwavering focus on quality, customer care and health and safety. Their achievement is particularly noteworthy given the challenging conditions faced throughout the winter months.
We are also proud to celebrate Chris Williams, who has been named Site Manager of the Year 2025.
Chris has been recognised for his exceptional leadership, his ability to successfully manage complex developments and the support he provides to those around him. His award follows his second NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Award earlier this year, highlighting a consistent commitment to excellence.
